Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (UAE) We offer standard shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes SafeNest is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jasboyz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
